Working on a more intimate level, the Residential Redux project is a two floor glass tower for a family of five. The location is in the West Village- 173 Perry St., NY. The design addresses the diverse needs and scheduling of a residing family of three generations. Issues of privacy, community and domesticity are addressed in relation to the client’s desires and the captivating views of the Hudson River are taken advantage of through design.
